RING SIZING

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON TREATMENT OF CLARITY ENHANCED DIAMONDS

Clarity enhanced diamond treatment is permanent under normal wear and tear conditions. If for any reason the enhancement process is reversed, the stone can be re-enhanced at NO COST. Shipping and handling charges may apply. Please refer to FAQ’s page for more information about special circumstances that might reverse enhancement of the diamond. Re-treatment of the diamond will take 10-14 business days.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

For your convenience, Bacci Fine Jewelry accepts the following payment methods. All payments must be made in US dollars:

• BANK WIRE: Accepted for both domestic and international orders. Arrange payment through your bank. For bank transfer instructions, information will be provided via email.
• CREDIT CARD: Accepted only for domestic orders. We accept major credit cards – American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa. Credit Card must have a valid U.S billing address. All orders paid using credit card will ONLY be shipped to the verified credit card billing address. You will be contacted by a customer service representative upon notice of preference to pay via credit card. A credit card authorization form will be sent via fax or email to be filled out, signed and sent back to Bacci Fine Jewelry. Photocopy or scan front and back of credit card and valid photo ID are prerequisite. Credit card information submitted subject to verification. Only when all requirements are met, that will be the only time that the credit card will be charged. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. All information submitted will be kept CONFIDENTIAL and will only be used for intended purpose.
• DEBIT CARD/CHECK CARD: A Debit card is almost the same as a credit card, that is displays a credit card company logo like Visa or MasterCard but it uses funds directly from your bank account. Certain times, a daily charge limit may be instituted by your bank as form of protection for its clients. Please notify your bank to lift daily limit when making a significant amount of purchase. Payment will be deducted from your account at the time the transaction is approved. Receipt will be included with each order.

• PAYPAL: Accepted only for domestic orders. You may pay from your credit card or checking account using paypal. Must have a verified paypal account with confirmed /verified shipping address. Will only ship to the verified address on the paypal account.
• GOOGLE CHECKOUT: Google Checkout is a fast, secure way to buy from stores across the web. When it's time to buy, look for the button. Use it once and stop creating new accounts every time you buy.
• INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS: Bacci Fine Jewelry ONLY accepts payments in the form of BANK WIRE TRANSFER; all payments must be in US dollars.

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 5-7 business days for payment to clear depending on the type of payment. For Wire transfer and paypal payments, orders will be expedited. Notification of cleared payment will be sent prior to shipping of merchandise.

SALES TAX

All California (CA) residents are subjected to 9.25% sales tax effective April 1, 2009.

SHIPPING METHODS:

• DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: All domestic packages will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). All shipments are 100% insured and requires adult signature upon receipt of the package. For PO Box, APO and FPO shipping address; item will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Bacci Fine Jewelry will send email notification with the tracking number to the customer when the item/s is shipped.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments will be shipped via FEDEX International Priority. International shipments have higher shipping rates. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending on the country of destination. Customer is solely responsible for paying duties and taxes (including value added tax) in their respective countries. Bacci Fine Jewelry cannot determine the exact amount in advance. Duties and taxes vary in amount from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Bacci Fine Jewelry will send email notification with the tracking number to the customer when item/s is shipped.
• ALTERNATE SHIPPING: If a customer prefers to have the item shipped to an alternate address other than the billing address, as a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This adds as another level of protection from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:



At Bacci Fine Jewelry, we want each customer to be pleased with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item, in its original saleable condition, excluding made to order or custom made diamond jewelry enclosing all necessary paper works (Certificates, appraisal) associated with the purchase within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon receipt of the merchandise. Made to Order, Custom made, or personalized diamond jewelry is NON REFUNDABLE and considers all sales FINAL. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping, Handling and insurance charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

Please contact Bacci Fine Jewelry at 877-622-0000 to obtain a return authorization code. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non refundable. Any unauthorized return, non-insured items and improperly packaged returns will be refused receipt and will be mailed back to sender.
