Every diamond, clarity enhanced or natural stone, purchased from Bacci Fine Jewelry, Inc. is entitled an upgrade to a better color, nice clarity, or bigger size. The original purchase price shall be credited and applied towards the new transaction.

Lifetime Warranty on Clarity Enhanced Diamonds
All clarity-enhanced diamonds are guaranteed for life. If anything happens to the treatment for any reason, under any circumstances (go to FAQ page, What circumstances?), the stone can be re-treated at no cost.

Money Back Guarantee
We have 100% Money Back Guarantee on every item that we sell. Some fees may be deducted depending on type or payment made or jobs done on an item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item and make sure the package is postmarked or traceable within 48 hours upon receipt. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Code and further proper procedures. Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable. Made to order or custom made diamond jewelry is entitled to an upgrade or exchange only. Any unauthorized or non-insured returns will be mailed back to sender.
